Staff are very friendly and helpful and understand English well. The apartments are basic but have everything you might need. Even drinking water (on tap from cooled dispenser) is provided free of charge. Excellent!

This is my second time staying at this apartment and as always, the staff service was excellent. It was really a very comfortable stay for me and my girlfriend and we would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and relatives. As a matter of fact, I am planning to go Seoul next spring with a group of friends and would stay at this lovely and conveniently and strategically located apartment again. Thanks to the friendly and efficient staff for making our stay a very smooth and enjoyable one:) Special mention once again goes to Sue the manager. Sue, your service rocks!!!!

The location is amazing, just 5 minutes to Gangnam station Very easy to get from and to airport. We were a group of family of 7, with 3 years old children. Instead of using Limousine Bus, we took Jumbo Van of 9 seaters. It took around 2 hours to get to the appartment in a bit densed traffic and cost less than 100,000 Kwon. A clear address of the MCS Appartment allowed the van driver to input it in his GPS and just followed till the front of appt entrance.

Great location. Very close to Gangnam subway station, restaurants, boutiques, shops, etc. Friendly and helpful staffs.

I had stayed in family suite. The room is perfect for us, 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is very good easy to get to the subway, only 5 min. walk to Gungnum station. There are lots of restaurants around. We had breakfast at "Butterfingers pancake" restaurant everyday, only 2 min. walk from the apartment. There are 3 conveniences stores for 1 to 5 min. walk. If anyone plan to go to Everland the bus no. 5002 is just at the corner only 5 min. walk. If I go to Korea again, I will surely stay at this apartment.

It was just a stone throw from Gangnam Subway which also has a good underground shopping complex...and food options around the area are plentiful..

The location was awesome, 2 minutes from Gangnam Station. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The room was more then adequate for my needs and at a good price. Very quiet and peaceful.

Perfect location though most taxi driver had difficulty in finding it. it is suitable for family traveling with children and/or old folks.

Wish the housekeeping service was daily instead of thrice a week.

I like the friendly and helpful hotel staff service, especially a lady named Sue. They are very approachable and we even sought their help to order pizza delivery for us. Even offered us detergent powder for our laundry washing. Also love the daily changing of towels even though cleaning service is on alternate days. Had a very pleasant stay and will surely recommend friends to stay there when in Seoul. Location is excellent and it's easy to get around to other places of interest via subway or taxi.. and it's packed with many nice restaurants, convenience stores, cafes and shops around.. even have a cat cafe around!!

There was an evening when there was a mosquito in the room and it affected our sleep but upon morning when I brought up the issue to the reception, they informed that there is actually an insect repellent in one of the cupboards at the entrance and hence problem was solved. If I may say so, it's the school that's across the hotel whereby at 8am-ish in the morning on weekdays, there will be some school announcement and anthem sang on loud speaker so that may disrupt sleep for a while... other than that, all is pretty excellent at this serviced apartment. Maybe when doing booking, can request for the rooms further away from the school facing units. My other friends who stayed at another end of the apartment did not face this noise issue though...

Ideally situated in Gangnam, close to metro system. Spacious, clean, comfortable accomodation and good value in this part of town. They gave good clear directions about how to get to the apartments from the airport which we appreciated.

No complaints at all really. We had requested an early arrival which they weren't able to provide but they hadn't promised! However, it was a little disappointing after a long flight.

Big enough for 4. Location is idea.

The toilet and bathroom is too small, the bathtub is too deep.

Terrific location, easy to find and travel around from. Staff was capable, cleaning staff outstanding, neighborhood alive with terrific restaurants and shopping.

Korean is one of the many languages I don't speak, so if the main office staff isn't proficient in English, things can become difficult. But not impossible.
